A classic fish-out-of-water comedy about married couple James & Lily White, who soon find themselves in way over their heads after James, a very successful youth pastor at a very white mega-church in California, is assigned as head pastor of a poor, inner city African-American church in Atlanta. The congregation is equally shocked by his appointment. However, after their initial misgivings, the Whites and the congregation find they have much more to learn from each other and decide “to make it work” in this heart-warming story.
